| Yoga Basics |
This 6 week class is mandatory for those new to yoga and our studio. The Yoga Basics course introduces the postures,
breathing and meditation techniques that make up the practice of classical
Yoga. This yoga class will present aligned movement and breath connection to the beginner participant. Come find your place in our Yoga Basics class. |
| Sunrise Power Flow Yoga |
This 4 week, Early Morning, class is routed in Ashtanga yoga, and is designed to
energize your body and mind. It is designed to synchronize the flow of postures and deep breath work while creating balance, strength and agility. This is a challenging
class that does require a base fitness level. |
| Pre-Natal Yoga |
Our Pre-Natal Yoga class can relieve the common aches and pains such as those in the low back and pelvis, help support and strengthen weak joints and core muscles, and can give the inspiration and courage to face the challenges ahead. While opening the hips, thighs, and shoulders, and creating strength. You'll learn postures and alignment that will help you find your deepest strength as you move through pregnancy, labor, and into motherhood. |
Fit 'n Fabulous™
BootCamp |
This 6 week Bootcamp is designed to help women feel good about their bodies. This is not a screaming, yelling ‘in your face’ military style bootcamp. We provide a fun and friendly program designed for women to progressively challenge themselves. No need to bring any equipment or worry about weather, we have the option of working both indoors and out! No big classes, no getting lost in the crowd and these classes are NON-RUNNER friendly! SUMMER
BootCamp |
This 4 week SUMMER BootCamp is designed to progressive challenge each participant in a fun and innovative format. These indoor/outdoor classes are NON-RUNNER friendly and include an all access pass to our group personal training and yoga classes (in blue) for the duration of this 4 week BootCamp. |

This total
body conditioning class is sure to challenge you to change you! FitCamp consists of specialized cardio
circuit training, targeted muscle toning, and core strengthening. |
| BodySculpt |
An intense
workout focusing on light weights and high reps using
free weights and resistant tubing. Increase your strength and
improve your definition while working your muscular
endurance. All fitness levels welcome. |
| AB-solution |
Work a series of
six-pack defining exercises to get to the core of your abdominal
strength. Build a strong and flexible abdomen, waist and lower back
by working traditional and yoga-inspired core strength exercises.
Finish with a stretch to relax you inside
and out. |
| Core+Calm |
This is a combination of our popular AB-solution class and Yoga Stretch Classes done in a 30/30 format. Experience a blast of 30 minutes core strengthening exercises then tone it down with 30 minutes of yoga inspired stretching to unwind. You’ll feel amazing after this class! Open to all levels. |

Power Flow Yoga |
Routed in Ashtanga yoga, this power flow class is designed to
energize your body and mind. It is designed to
synchronize the flow of postures and deep breath work while
creating balance, strength and agility. This is a challenging
class that does require a base fitness level. |

Yoga Stretch |
This
yoga
inspired stretch class is great for those who just want to focus on stretching and releasing tension from their bodies.
No experience required! All postures can be modified to suite your body. |

Yin Yoga |
Yin
Yoga is a specific form that consists of long held passive
postures. It allows the deep layers of constricted tissues to
unblock through its gentle pressure on the fascia, particularly
around the hips and lower back. The slow pace creates a
restful, nourishing yoga experience. |

Yoga Flow |
Yoga Flow explores the postures,
breathing and meditation techniques that make up the practice of Hatha and Ashtanga
Yoga. This yoga class has a stronger emphasis on
aligned movement and breath connection with a synchronized flow of yoga postures. This is the introductory class to the more vigorous Power Flow Yoga class. |
| Yoga Motion |
This is not your typical yoga class! Join us for a class that is structured around a soundscape that will both invigorate and relax you. We start with guided movement inspired by world beat rhythms, and after working up a sweat, transition into long, deep yoga postures followed by a guided relaxation period. No experience necessary. |
| Gentle Yoga |
This class provides a safe and gentle approach to yoga, that might be described as 'meditation in motion'. The focus of attention is inward to re-connect with the body and to cultivate a deeper connection with the authentic self. The goal is a deep sense of relaxation and peace. All levels of experience are welcome. |

*Studio Etiquette*

We ask that you arrive on time for all schedule classes. Please give yourself enough time to find parking and get your props/equipment ready for class.

Our class sizes are limited to a specific number of participants. It is mandatory for participants to utilize our online booking system to reserve space in our Group Personal Training and Yoga classes through our Member Login. If you would like more information on how to reserve your spot in our classes please call 604.535.9108 or email the studio.

NO outside shoes are permitted in the studio. To keep our new studio space clean and safe for all clients please refrain from wearing your outdoor footwear in the studio. Please bring your workout footwear with you and change your shoes in the studio prior to your class and/or personal training session. Your cooperation is much appreciated!

Turn off all cell phones/pagers prior to the start of class

Please do not wear perfume or cologne to class, some people are allergic and the scent intensifies as we become heated.

Dress in layers, and wear comfortable, loose fitting/stretchy clothing.

Always practice with attention to your body’s needs and capabilities. Do not overexert or overextend. Do not do anything that does not feel right or safe. Never practice to the point of pain.

Yoga Class Participants be good to your digestive system, best not to eat 1.5 hours before class.
- Group Personal Training Class Participants your last meal before your class should be no more than 2 hours. Avoid eating a full meal just before coming to class, usually a light snack 30 minutes before class such as a small banana with a tablespoon of peanut/almond butter, or apple with a piece of cheese, etc. is what is most recommended by the experts.

Always come to class well hydrated and with a full sealable water bottle.

Food or open drink containers are not permitted in the studio.

If you have any injuries, medical concerns or conditions that may be affected by your fitness and/or yoga practice or that may require special consideration, please let your instructor know.

If you have a cold, flu, or anything else contagious please do not come to class out of respect to other participants and instructors.
