FloMotion Fitness + Yoga Studio is a unique personal training and yoga studio serving the White Rock and South Surrey community. We offer personal training, group personal training classes, yoga, fitness assessments, lifestyle fitness coaching, holistic nutrition coaching, workshops and more.
Do you have a superior knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics and have a passion for holistic health (energetic anatomy, yogic philosophy, etc)? Are you focused on empowering your clients to achieve levels of fitness they never thought possible and are willing to challenge your clients to be the change they seek?
