Personal Training With a customized fitness program you will learn the most current and innovative fitness information to lose body fat, tone, condition, build muscle, improve speed, endurance and gain energy!

 

Fitness Assessment This assessment will determine your current Fitness Level and Body Composition by analyzing your cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and body fat measurements. You posture and gait will also be assess. This information will start you on the right path to set and achieve your fitness goals!

 

Private Yoga With a private yoga session, you will have the opportunity to work one to one with your yoga instructor on specific areas needed for your body. This is a fabulous way to introduce yourself to yoga, or deepen your current practice.

 

Yoga Exercise for the Body and Mind. This holistic approach utilizes breath work, meditation, relaxation techniques, and yoga asana (postures) to focus on your inner self. Yoga is a powerful way to relieve stress, improve and maintain your health. Private or group sessions available.
