Daljit strives to educate her clients on the fundamentals of exercise, so they can understand and appreciate the importance of working out.
"Exercise should not be a dreaded activity, but more so a way of life for those who allow themselves to realize its vast importance in our daily lives."
During her education at Hilltop Academy Daljit focused on areas such as Fitness Theory, Weight Training, Special Populations, Supervisory, and Business skills. She received special education in Sports Specific Training, Boot camp Training and Sports Nutrition.
Daljit is also bilingual, fluent in English, and Punjabi, which allow her to help and train those who may not comprehend English. Daljit loves to modify exercises to meet her client’s specific needs. She believes that a good exercise program is often scrutinized to find better ways to progress or regress certain exercises. This allows for more efficiency and productivity during sessions, which in the long run translates to success.
"There is nothing better than the feeling of satisfaction after a hard workout. The knowing, that you have progressed and are taking a step forward in meeting your goals." This is the feeling Daljit strives for after her own personal workouts and is what she wants her clients to strive for as well. Impossible is a state of mind, once you adapt to positive thinking daily triumphs and successes will become a routine part of your life.
"I do not consider myself to be old. From the moment I do that, I would lose everything, because age is a state of mind - as long as you're positive you can do anything." ~ Fauja Singh (World's oldest marathon runner at 100 years old)
